We use high-quality packaging materials to protect your items during transit.We offer free shipping on orders over $100. For orders below $100, a flat shipping rate of $5 will be charged. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from A Sincere Healing. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
